In the hot summer of 1582, it all began with a commitment. Offshoot of a fur sighted vision; it was a commitment to provide a high end, comprehensive, well coordinated bath room to the people of this country. In the seasons that followed, it turned out to be a series of commitments that continued to be fulfilled one after another.

Many summers later, when the first commitment was honored in 1995 with the launch of Master Tiles, the new resolve was to give a complete coordinated home to our customers while continuously introducing them to newer quality form and function. This resolve realized in 2003 with the launch of Master Granite & Porcelain floor and wall tiles.

Master assures)’you to address your complaint in 48 hours, free of cost for all, manufacturing related defects. Please do not forget note)’your complaint tracking number while registering) your complaint.

The warranty does not cover product damages arising from the following:

At plumber’s end

Use of improper materials or tools to install or un-install the product. Use of any material or tool that causes friction or
Damages the components of the product.
Any damage to product caused due to mishandling.

Any installation that is not in accordance with the instruction‹›ns of the company.

Any damage caused due to dust or lead particles or debris flowing in the pipes. Please note that it is essentially important to thorough) – drain the pipes before installation of sanitary)’ fittings. To avoid the Risk of damage caused to fittings through these particles.

At customer’s end

Damage caused due to exposure of product to any acid or acid based material. The chrome and components of fittings
Are very sensitive to exposure of acids or acidic fumes.

Damage caused due to clocked water filters of the fittings. Filters required weekly cleaning to remove particles flowing in
Water

Please note that sanitary)² fittings require regular weekly maintenance which includes normal cleaning with soft cloth and applying wax or car polish for maintaining the shine of chronic.
